Breng een serum, olie of hydraterende crème aan op een schoon gezicht. De huid mag een beetje vettig aanvoelen zodat de Gua Sha soepel over de huid glijdt.

Kaaklijn: Gebruik de V-vormige kant en werk van kin naar oor. Houd de huid strak met je andere hand voor meer effect. Herhaal aan beide kanten.

Jukbeenderen: Gebruik de vlakke kant en strijk van neusplooi naar oor, langs het jukbeen. Ook hier kun je de huid licht strak houden.

Oogcontour: Gebruik de korte, afgeronde kant. Masseer zachtjes van de binnenste ooghoek naar de slaap – onder én boven het oog.

Wenkbrauwen: Gebruik dezelfde afgeronde kant en beweeg van het begin van de wenkbrauw naar buiten.
