Return period of 14 days

Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your product(s) and receive your money back. Cosmetics are only eligible for return if they are unopened (seal unbroken) and in undamaged original packaging.

After canceling, you have another 14 days to return the product. Once received by Madesalon and meeting above requirements, you will be credited the full amount including any shipping costs paid. Costs for returning products to Madesalon will be at your own expense.

To make use of this right, please send an email to hello@madesalon.nl mentioning the product(s) you would like to return including order number.

Amount due will be transferred by bank to the bank account used for purchase within 10 days.

Returns can also be returned in-store.

Exchange

If you ordered the wrong product and would like to request an exchange product, send us an email at Hello@madesalon.nl.

Products can either be swapped in-store, or online. Additional shipping costs will be at your expense.
